Omicron initially provided programming and cost exercises to help Trez Capital define the scope of their new office at 745 Thurlow St, Vancouver, BC. As a result, we were engaged to provide full design and construction services for a 15,300 sq. ft. tenant improvement. Given Trez Capital’s rapid growth, our integrated team developed a strategic, future-proof design that would support their evolving needs.
The office reflects Trez Capital’s position as a leading real estate investment firm, with a refined, finance-driven aesthetic that conveys professionalism and stability. Rich materials, tailored detailing, and a sophisticated color palette create a space that feels elevated and prestigious without being ostentatious. The result is an environment that exudes quiet confidence—designed to impress clients while fostering focus and collaboration among employees.
The project was completed in multiple phases to ensure a smooth transition into the new space. Over the following years, we continued our partnership with Trez Capital by updating furniture layouts, optimizing room functions, and implementing annual preventative maintenance programs. The result is a thoughtfully designed workplace that aligns with their long-term operational goals while maintaining a modern, high-performance environment.
