My focus is on helping leaders and teams operate with clarity, make better decisions, and build people engines that support business objectives without unnecessary complexity.
AI-enabled tools are a key part of my approach, streamlining processes, uncovering insights, and freeing time for coaching, development, and culture-building. I believe technology should multiply impact, not replace human connection.
I've built and scaled people functions in fast-moving, high-change environments, partnering with executive teams on organizational design, performance enablement, and talent strategy. I thrive on creating systems that work in the real world and deliver measurable impact.
I’m energized by helping people do their best work, reach their full potential, and enjoy the journey along the way.
