TELUS Living Sechelt
TELUS LIVING Sechelt is a new purpose-built market rental development now under construction in Sechelt’s Downtown Village neighbourhood, with completion targeted for 2026. The project will introduce 59 new rental homes to the community.
The project centers around a six-storey, mixed-use building that combines ground-floor retail and commercial space with five storeys of residential rental homes above. A comprehensive landscape and public realm strategy ties the building and site together, enhancing and activating the two public frontages along Inlet Avenue and Periwinkle Lane. Proposed public realm improvements further strengthen the streetscape and enhance pedestrian connectivity within the neighbourhood.
The residential homes are thoughtfully organized around an internal outdoor courtyard; an inviting shared space designed to encourage neighbour interaction, support natural light, and allow cross ventilation in approximately 80% of the units. This design-forward approach aims to create homes that are comfortable, healthy, and connected to a sense of community.
When complete in 2026, TELUS LIVING Sechelt will deliver a new collection of modern rental homes that support local housing needs while contributing positively to the character, activity, and walkability of the Downtown Village.
