Nanaimo Courtyard Marriott

Omicron was engaged to provide construction management services for a new nine-storey Marriott hotel in Nanaimo, BC. The 172-room hotel is centrally located in downtown Nanaimo, directly across from the Conference Centre. During the tender phase, we worked with an alternate prefabricated envelope system supplier, resulting in cost savings of over $1 million.
