Tenant fit-out of a newly renovated office space and basement area in a Class B heritage commercial / office building located at 411 Dunsmuir Street. Omicron was a partner in the building’s extensive redevelopment and also provided interior design and engineering services for Morneau Shepell’s 32,900 sq.ft. new space, comprising 10,500 sq.ft. lease-able space per floor, spread over three floors, plus 1,400 sq.ft. basement area.
