LINX
Omicron partnered with Lotus Capital to deliver LINX, a six‑storey, wood‑framed market condominium development in the Grandview‑Woodland neighbourhood of East Broadway. The project was made possible through the assembly of four single‑family lots, enabling a thoughtful, context‑sensitive design that brings new homes to this vibrant urban corridor.
Responding to neighbourhood design guidelines, the building incorporates a stepped‑back north façade along East Broadway to enhance daylight access and support a comfortable, pedestrian‑friendly public realm. The lower storeys feature a dark charcoal brick inspired by classic brownstone townhomes, establishing a strong street presence and human‑scaled rhythm. Above, the upper levels transition to a light, panelized cladding that softens the massing and creates a subtle, sky‑facing profile.
Omicron provided architecture, engineering, and construction services for the project, working closely with Lotus Capital to bring LINX from concept to completion.
