Leith Wheeler

Leith Wheeler’s existing space was ready for a rebrand to reflect their dynamic office culture and create a more efficient use of space. The inclusion of an interconnected staircase was a direct result of the requirement of a more integrated environment. A town hall entertainment space was achieved by moving client facing spaces and the lunchroom to the front of house. Two boardrooms were grouped adjacent to a larger reception seating area, which opened walls to create a bright, open and inviting event space. Omicron provided space planning, design development, construction drawings and project management services.
