Lawson Lundell

Omicron initially provided programming and a cost exercise to determine the scope of work for Lawson Lundell's office. As a result we were engaged to provide full design and construction services for a multi-floor phased renovation. The office has remained occupied and in operation while under construction. A general refresh of the space has been implemented throughout with a full redesign of the reception and conference areas as well as the staff lunchroom. We retained Client-requested materials and finishes to retain historic elements of the existing space.
