Omicron Interiors collaborated with Insurance Council of BC to evaluate the advantages of a traditional versus agile workplace model. After determining that an agile approach would provide greater flexibility and support future expansion, the client adopted this strategy.

Budget management was a critical factor, as securing additional funds beyond the initial allocation was unlikely. These constraints inspired innovative, cost-effective solutions that delivered significant impact. Bookable private offices were designed with multiple furniture configurations to offer user choice, while a variety of workspaces were integrated throughout the open office area to accommodate the diverse needs of each department.
