Global Container Terminals
Omicron partnered with Global Container Terminals (GCT) to deliver a new workspace through a streamlined design and construction process. Engaged early, Omicron prepared hybrid work scenarios and test fits to help GCT select the most suitable location.
The chosen space preserved most existing walls and millwork, minimizing demolition and waste. Comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and structural assessments were conducted for both shortlisted spaces, with priority given to critical infrastructure needs such as an appropriately sized IT room and cooling capacity.
Close collaboration ensured that unique requirements, including hybrid work ratios and layout preferences, were addressed efficiently. The project was managed from design through construction, resulting in a seamless, snag-free occupancy.
