Omicron partnered with First West Credit Union to relocate its head office to a landmark commercial office and retail building in Langley, BC. This move positioned the organization for the future, with a design that thoughtfully addressed the needs of both clients and staff.
The six-storey building was specifically tailored to meet First West’s requirements, with three floors—totalling approximately 60,000 sq.ft.—dedicated to their operations. Omicron’s integrated design and construction teams guided the client through the entire six-year journey, from initial site selection and developer engagement to project completion and move-in, ensuring a seamless and collaborative process.
