Omicron provided full design and construction services for Finning’s new head office at 565 Great Northern Way. Occupying 25,000 sq.ft. over the entire 3rd floor of this new build, the company consolidated and centralized their team from multiple locations throughout the Lower Mainland. Finning’s office space is energetic and fun; a clean, refined space that draws on their brand and industrial elements. An open floor plan incorporates a modern workplace strategy, with a minimal number of offices within the interior floor plate. Work areas along the perimeter allow for natural light, while a variety of break-out work spaces encourage creative and innovative ideas to flow.
