Evergreen Building
Omicron managed the heritage restoration and rehabilitation of the Evergreen Building on West Pender Street, a $9.7M private investment in this 27-year-old architectural masterpiece designed by renowned Canadian architect Arthur Erickson.
The revitalized landmark now offers 100,000 sq.ft. of Class A commercial office space with unobstructed views of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, and the North Shore mountains. This project marked a significant commitment to preserving mid-to-late 20th-century architecture, reinforcing its legacy value within Vancouver’s real estate sector.
The scope included full envelope replacement with new glazing, planter and balcony remediation, upgraded plant material, base building systems modernization to align with LEED standards for existing buildings, office interior enhancements, lobby revitalization, accessibility improvements, and urban design upgrades.
