DLA Piper Tenant Improvement

Omicron collaborated with Gensler to deliver a full tenant improvement for a commercial office space in Vancouver’s newly constructed The Stack tower. The project spanned four floors, three dedicated to practice areas and one for client services, meeting rooms, and administration.

Starting from a shell condition, Omicron managed a complete build-out that included floor leveling, steel stud walls, diverse ceiling assemblies, office front glazing systems, and new plumbing and electrical connections through slab cores. The scope also encompassed all mechanical, electrical, lighting, fire protection systems, as well as high-end finishes such as millwork, flooring, tile, and back-painted glazed wall panels.

The project showcases a seamless integration of design vision and technical execution, resulting in a sophisticated, high-performance office environment.
