Deloitte Summit

Omicron served as both Architect of Record and Construction Manager for Deloitte Canada’s new Vancouver headquarters. As the anchor tenant of Westbank’s “Deloitte Summit” tower at 410 West Georgia, Deloitte occupies 120,000 sq.ft. within the 24‑storey building.

This project highlights Omicron’s integrated approach, providing clients with maximum control and immediate responsiveness through a single, fully accountable partner managing the entire design and construction process.

The tenant improvement design incorporated Deloitte’s comprehensive international interior standards, adapted and coordinated for this unique Vancouver property. Omicron collaborated closely with both local and Toronto‑based stakeholders to ensure the global standards were refined for regional requirements, demographics, and context.

The site posed distinct challenges, including the building’s 6‑petal, star‑shaped floor plates and the integration of three levels of interconnected stairs constructed during the base‑building phase. Omicron’s integrated teams demonstrated the advantages of a unified delivery model, transforming Deloitte’s vision for a cutting‑edge, highly customized office environment into reality.
