Coastal Ford (Terminal)

Omicron was engaged to deliver a new 54,000 sq.ft., two‑storey facility for Coastal Ford in Vancouver, the first LEED‑certified car dealership in Canada. The project was completed in four phases over a one‑year construction period and included a service shop, parts storage, and administration areas on the main floor.

The sales and administration area was constructed using a 24‑ft‑high curtain wall system, creating a bright, open showroom with a full‑height ceiling. The main floor featured sales and support offices, parts merchandising, a café, and service support areas, while the second floor housed boardrooms and training spaces overlooking the showroom.
