The Operations and Maintenance Centre (OMC) for the new Richmond Airport Vancouver (RAV) transit line, The Canada Line, is constructed on a site on the north arm of the Fraser River, adjacent to the Oak Street Bridge in Richmond, BC. The scope of work included design and construction documentation for the following buildings: maintenance and administration building, wheel lathe building, exterior wash facility and control building, traction power substation, gatehouse and radio building. Omicron provided design services for the principal buildings and site works immediately associated with the buildings.
