Omicron was engaged by BCAA to help introduce their new Trusted Auto Repair venture to the BC market, a bold step supported by the strength, loyalty, and trust of BCAA’s membership. The challenge was to create a transparent, welcoming environment that redefined the typical auto‑repair experience: a place where customers could comfortably stay and watch their vehicle being serviced through a glass‑enclosed shop, or relax and be productive in a digitally enabled lounge.

From initial brief through to the final prototype concept, Omicron designed an eye‑catching, highly recognizable facility that invites customers in. The first location, completed in Kelowna, set a new benchmark for both service experience and customer environment. Featuring a highly visible service garage and a clean, bold, open lounge, the design aligned seamlessly with BCAA’s brand and introduced a new paradigm in automotive repair.
