BC Hydro - Hudson's Hope

This project involves the design and construction of two buildings types with the largest building on site being a 2-storey apartment building which contains 20 singles, couples and shared accommodation units consisting of either one or two bedroom with den. Across a shared internal access road to the west are five duplex units with pairs of 3-storey townhouses. Within each type of housing (apartment and townhouse), there is a high degree of uniformity in the type of accommodation (size and layout). This decision along with the remote location of the site reflects procurement of the construction of the projects through the form of modular building.
