BC Hydro - Campbell River Operations Facility

A new centre for BC Hydro in Campbell River. This mixed-use building contains both offices and industrial spaces with expansive yard storage. The site is located in a light industrial office complex developed by the local First Nations. The project was designed to permit a doubling of size to allow for an increase to the program to accommodate the John Hart Generating Station administration function when the generation site is redeveloped over the next few years.

The building is registered with the Canada Green Building Council and is a candidate for LEED Platinum certification.
