Renovation of an 8,100 sq.ft. existing operations facility, including new interior finishing, expansion of service bays and seismic upgrades. Scope of work included yard improvements (new paving and site drainage), along with a new pre-engineered parking structure, and a new water line and hydrant was installed to connect to the city service.
