411 Dunsmuir

411 Dunsmuir is a 100-year-old heritage office building located in downtown Vancouver designed by Thomas Hooper, one of the most influential architects of early Vancouver. The building has been rehabilitated and expanded to provide a unique Class B office building with boutique floor plates. This 45,000 sq.ft. project included a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of the existing Class B heritage building and a 14,000 sq.ft. 4-storey addition.
