Omicron is excited to announce the opening of our Vancouver Island office in Victoria, BC. As the largest integrated firm in Western Canada focused on real estate development services, design and construction, this new location is an exciting next step in our growth.
Our flourishing base of active and successful project work, including Coast Capital Savings Credit Union, Coho Living, Mariner’s Village and the Saanich Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership, spurred our decision to plant permanent roots in Victoria. Unique in our business offering on Vancouver Island, we are now able to service our existing client base more efficiently and offer prospective clients an Integrated Project Delivery approach with its distinct cost, schedule and project execution benefits.
Our Vancouver Island team will be led by Peter Laughlin. A well-known face in the Vancouver Island development and construction community, Peter has significant expertise and extensive local knowledge along with a deep business network built over many years as project and development manager for projects in the residential and commercial development industry. As Director, Vancouver Island, Peter will be based in Victoria and will be responsible for managing Omicron’s Vancouver Island projects while developing new business opportunities in support of our growth in this region.
