Jim is responsible for total life-cycle management of projects from initiation through to design, tendering, construction contract administration and project turnover. Jim provides exceptional project leadership and management of project systems, budgets, schedules and team resources.
Jim ensures that his clients are completely satisfied with every aspect of their building project, hence his motto "if I'm not happy, why should they be?".
Jim likes to spend his free time mountain biking rough terrain, hiking Vancouver's surrounding mountains and running the seawall. He and his wife enjoy spending vacation time in Tofino and anywhere he can catch his favourite soccer team on screen.
