As Omicron’s Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administrator, Joanne is responsible for working hand in hand with the firm’s Principals to ensure that Omicron’s organizational, corporate and people practices are current, proactive and provide the organization with a leading edge in the design/build industry. Key to this success is aligning strategic corporate-wide plans with Omicron’s vision and mission, and corporate/business activities with people and operational practices. Her goal is to see that Omicron is viewed as an employer of choice, achieving high performance through its people and effective operational practices.
Outside of work, Joanne and her husband love to travel and take in the experiences of different cultures and foods. While at home Joanne enjoys strolls in Stanley Park and true to her Montreal roots, loves shopping, wine and fine dining.
